In this reflective report, I take the test of Emotional Intelligence and Personality Traits. I evaluate that I am a strong introverted person and likely to be self-assured the event tempered and the stress management. The personality test defines that what are the key implications that indicate my traits, abilities, and core skills.

My skills, coordination, and abilities are analyzed through the development of a proper personality trait test that leads the entire commitment, evaluates the changes, and builds the best tools toward changes. On the other hand, the emotional intelligence test is an ability-based test that helps to measure the entire branches that are related to the entire emotions of an individual.

The Personality and Emotional Intelligence Test helps to evaluate the personal skills, abilities, and core characteristics that help to identify managerial emotions, build the perceived quality, and understand valuable emotions in the future.

The test takers perform the tasks as designed to assess the ability to preview, identify the understanding, and evaluate the emotions. I examined my score on both tests to reflect on my personal experiences and growth.

Personality Preference and Leadership:

After retaking the test of personality traits, I examined that I have a higher trait of “Assertive” which helps me to build self-assurance, building the event tempered, and resistance to change. I got a score of 56% the assertiveness so, I analyzed that I need to manage my self-assurance and the resistance abilities toward managing the stress.

I am an assertive person that’s why I analyze every concept very carefully. My assertive characteristics ensure that I am a true artist of life by crafting the beauty as well as meaning of everything that do. My skill of creative spirit helps to develop my leadership abilities and approaches.

I have a strong ability to live in the current moment and savoring life experiences through the tuned senses I have a skill of spontaneous nature that motivates me to embrace the adventure of life and prefer to go with the higher flows.

I adapt the broad situations as arise to build effective leadership activities. My assertive skill motivates me to become a true-life artist and craft beauty with creativity and innovation.

In my professional life, I can develop my creativity and visionary leadership through my assertive ability. My assertiveness skill motivates me to build my natural talent and express my creativity at work. My ideal career offers me various flexible operations that allow me to tackle new challenges and express life in new ways.

My traditional career ladder may not align with the nature of free spirit. I developed my struggles with the need for creativity and the practical demands adopted by the cleared resources. I can manage the large operations that need to be understood and improve the importance of professional life.

Emotional Intelligence and Leadership:

I take the Emotional Intelligence Test and examine the I can think of a clear set of opportunities. I got the higher marks in empathy 78. Which describes the range of capabilities and the skills that I utilized to understand the emotions of the people. Emotional Intelligence is the ability to analyze and manage the own emotions but empathy is the capability to examine the other feelings. I am a strong empathetic person that’s why I analyze the broad operations, develop strategic operations, and evaluate the feelings of others.

I got a higher score in empathy so, it is closed with emotional intelligence and examining the empathetic changes. I can understand as well as share the emotions of other people with the clear component of social skill which refers to an important aspect of emotional intelligence. I have a clear ability of empathy which is measured as the ability to understand as well as relate emotional experiences.

I examined that people who score higher on this construct are likely to highly understand the emotions of others. I specifically tend to examine the change, manage the changes, and lead the cleared resources with detailed activities. Specifically, they tend to be affected to improve the changes, examine the integrated forms, and evaluate the emotional plans.

I am an empathetic learner which is why I understand broad emotions, clarify the changes, and lead the greater commitments for evaluating the change. I got a 78 score in the empathetic learner that’s why I addressed the large commitments and utilized the broad investments in the future.

My emotional empathy appears when I can feel the emotions of other person and sit close to the loved one initiating the crying or diversifying the valuable operations.

Areas of Improvement:

I take the “Personality Test” and examine that I am weak in the “Prospecting” skill which is why I need to improve this skill with the development of different innovative and effective approaches. In my personal and professional career, I can develop the “prospecting” skill by asking for referrals and using social media strategies.

Social media is one of the key pillars that helps to raise communication, develop broad capabilities, and lead the changes. I invest a lot of amounts in the personalization of outreach, crafting the e-mails, and building the social media outreach to improve my prospecting skills.

I need to improve the adaption of the feedback system with the qualified leads and the development of prospecting strategies. I decided to create my ideal profile that helps to improve communication and coordination with people.

After taking the Emotional Intelligence Test, I examined that I need to improve my Well-Being Characteristics because it is one of the best and the most effective capabilities for becoming an innovative person.

I will delve into the proper resources for mental health, promoting work-life balance, initiating wellness programs, and boosting recognition. I want to improve the “Well-Being” skill as an emotional intelligence that helps to raise commitment, examine interest, and improve clear strategic performances.

I will decide to invest in flexible work arrangements that help to improve the strong relationships with my teammates at the workplace. I will be trying to encourage the open communication skills that motivate me to improve my emotional well-being.

I am grateful for the list, support the physical health system, and celebrate the inclusion or diversity that customizes the benefits offerings. I decided to improve my health to ensure my psychological safety.

In this reflective report, I take the two tests the personality test and the Emotional Intelligence test that help to define my leadership activities and attributes. I analyzed that I am an assertive person and adopted empathy and emotional intelligence skills to encourage interaction and take the detailed values to create the idea customer profiles.

I am a communicative and hardworking person which is why I adopted visionary leadership that suits my personality and the related terms. I need to improve certain areas that help to add value to my personality.

Recommendations:

I will decide to create the idea prospect profile, identifying the ways to meet the specific interactions regarding the changes in my personal life. I initiated the purpose, preponderating, and personalization to improve my prospecting skills and raise the value of the quality of the project.

I clearly define the targeted goals, select the best methods to raise the learning, and address the cleared resources to obtain the data. I can leverage the social selling, implement the accounts, and utilize the referral selling through the proceeding of detailed activities.
