In this reflective report of Introduction to People at Work, I define my strengths as well as the requirements of employment. There are a lot of factors that help to boost the strengths of my employment in the future. Job satisfaction is the major factor that helps to move towards and gain higher success over time. I want high satisfaction from my job and to get a platform where I can train.
The organization should provide me best training and development areas that help me to achieve my strengths and gain higher availability from time to time. There are a lot of goals and expectations that I want from my future employment. The cultural factors of the organization should be innovative that builds my confidence and develops higher work progress.
I like to work in the form of teams as compared to working alone. It helps to enhance the level of communication between the members of the group. Under the guidance of leadership, the members of teams learned a lot of new concepts related to the management of the key tasks of the businesses and resolving their issues. That’s why I like to work in the form of teams in the future.
Money is not the only factor that forced me to work. I like to work to expand my internal abilities and gain a lot of career opportunities. In this modern world, there are various methods that exist that help to boost the success and enhance the overall process of businesses. I would prefer to work in an innovative and transparent environment where I can grow my capabilities in the future. I like to work in a large organization where I can work with many people and understand their operations, strategies, and work behavior. I am interested in those working operations that are very meaningful.

Groups and teams
There are two types or modes of working within the boundaries of the organization. Working alone as well as working in the form of groups and teams. I like to work in teams. There are a lot of reasons that encouraged me to work in teams. First of all, it helps me to boost my interpersonal strengths. A team or group consists of different members. Each member can do the task in his or her limited time.
To enhance the overall operations of the business and tackle the key resources that directly or indirectly achieve the final goals. Working in the form of groups has developed my level of confidence. It helps me to gain success and achieve all the activities that boost interpersonal success. In this modern world, there are a lot of tools and techniques that help me to work in the form of groups. Working in the form of teams is more effective because it is a reliable strategy.
Teamwork improves the rate of productivity and enhances the overall rate of employment. That’s why I prefer teamwork to develop my career opportunities. According to Tuckman’s theory related to teamwork, four different stages help us to develop a team. Forming, storming, norming, and performing are the four major stages. Forming is the initial stage where individuals are not familiar with the key strategies and activities of each other.
Storming is the process in which people see themselves as part of a team. Norming is the place where the members of teams start to come together, and performing is the process where team members focused to achieve the final goals of the team. So, teamwork is better than as compared to working alone from my point of view. That’s why I like to work in the form of teams. Organizations should develop the availability of best team-making to improve job satisfaction.
Rewards and benefits:
Another important factor that I need in the future is the high rewards and benefits. It is one of the major factors that help to overcome the issues and boost the personal strengths of employees. I am very motivated to achieve the goals of the organization and do all operations very effectively. To enhance the overall progress of the business and generate a higher work program, I prefer rewards and benefits.
There are a lot of rewards and benefits that the organization should give to other employees for better employability. Financial and non-financial incentives are included in these rewards and benefits. It is the responsibility of the organization to provide the best incentives that help me to improve my work progress as well as enhance the overall rate of job satisfaction.
In the financial incentives, bonuses, salaries, increment of salary, overtime, and other financial incentives exist. These financial incentives help me to achieve the goals of work for the sake of money. On the other hand, the non-financial incentives are based on career growth opportunities, an open environment of an organization, and a better structure of the organization.
Organizations should give me a transparent environment that helps me to work in the form of teams without any type of restrictions. So, rewards and benefits help me to grow the rate of employability. Organizations should initiate the activities of giving feedback to the employees and receiving feedback related to the operations of the business at least once a month. It helps to improve the weaknesses and build the strategies related to the roles as well as the requirements of the employees that work within the boundaries of the organization.
Motivation:
As a future employee, I am not motivated only by the working activities of the organization. There are a lot of factors and strategies that help me to overcome the challenges and improve the key association of employability. Organizations should develop different factors that help to enhance the level of motivation of the employees.
As a future employee, I want different, unique, and creative options that help me to boost my strengths and build a higher workflow in a limited time. Organizational performance and progress are also based on the key initial activities. To raise awareness and build the success of the organization, it is important to provide the factors that motivate the employees within a limited time frame.
There are a lot of factors that I will need to motivate the organization. Organizations should provide me with financial and non-financial incentives, give rewards to my hard work capabilities, and give me a friendly environment. It helps me to boost my personal development.
According to the incentives theory of motivation, there are a lot of factors that help to grow the level of motivation of employees. The bonuses, praise, opportunities to gain success and develop the career, higher salary and wages, and paid vacations, as well as the time off, are the main factors that help to enhance the level of motivation of employees.
That’s why I like to work in those organizations that provide me with these factors for motivation in the future. It is the right of employees to work hard and receive feedback from the organization in the form of different incentives. These incentives help to raise the level of motivation and build higher success over time.
Employee engagement:
Another important element, as well as a requirement of mine from the organization for future employment, is employee engagement. Most organizations don’t develop a platform in which the employees have the right to take part in the process of decision-making.
It is a wrongful act or policy because employees are also the main part of the organization. As the key stakeholder of an organization, I will strengthen the right to take part in each process of the organization related to the success, issues, and other factors.
The engagement of employees is necessary because it helps to overcome the challenges and build higher success. I want different incentives from the organization that help me to achieve success and boost my interpersonal skills. A higher level of employee engagement improves the safety of employees. I want to work in an organization where the rate of employee engagement will be high because it helps to raise the trust and loyalty between the organization and me. I am not a perfect employee.
I have a lot of weaknesses. Due to the high level of employee engagement, all the weaknesses will be uncovered, and I learned a lot of things from the experts. It helps me to maintain my better health due to the friendly relations and activities. The rate of retention becomes high in employee engagement. When all the employees come to achieve the common goals, then their level of engagement increases.
I would like to work in an organization where the capabilities of employees improve in the future through strong and effective strategies of employee engagement. When the employees are engaged strategically then it means the organization can achieve its strengths. It helps to raise my level of satisfaction of job.
Learning and development:
Learning and development are other important elements as well as the factor that forced me to achieve my strengths. It helps to raise awareness and build a higher level of satisfaction with the job. As a future employee, I will not work for the sake of money. I would like to work in a well-known organization where I can expand my strengths and reduce all my weaknesses from time to time.
Organizations think that employees work only for the sake of money. It is wrong. Because I like to prefer the platform where I can learn different innovative things. I want to become an HR manager, that’s why I have done my specialization in human resource management. By entering the boundary of the organization, I would like to learn how the employees are being hired, how they can be motivated, and what factors as well as the causes, lead to employees leaving the organization. As a future HR employee, I would also prefer to know the key policies and strategies of the organization.
Learning and development is the era that helps to achieve success and reduce all the weaknesses by transforming them into strengths. Learning and development is an important requirements for me (as a future employee) because it helps to build my level of knowledge. It is the core factor that generates my skills and motivates me to achieve the goals of the organization.
When an organization is effective in enhancing the rate of employment, then they should provide the best and most accurate incentives to its employees. Providing the platform where I can learn a set of organizational concepts helps me to raise awareness and build higher success from time to time. It is also helpful to create a strong culture in the organization.

In this reflective report, I define the future roles and requirements of the organization. There are a lot of roles and responsibilities that are done by me to achieve the objectives and build higher success. I would like to work in the form of teams as compared to working alone. One of the major reasons related to this thought is to enhance the overall workflow of the organization and improve its capabilities from time to time. There are a lot of actions that help me to secure my employability.
Organizations should offer the best incentives and rewards in terms of better work productivity. All of these are the major factors that show the success of the organization in the future and the requirements of employees. As a future employee, I like to work in an organization where the options, as well as facilities of learning and development, are high. I am not working for the sake of money.
