The purpose of this report is to analyze or operate the career regarding the demonstrating of awareness about the skills, abilities, and certain experiences that are required by the graduates to enter the selected areas of improvement. After leaving the university, I decided to enter into the HRM profession. Because this profession is very effective learning to proceed improves my behavior, learning power, and effective participation. Working in the profession of human resource management, I will be able to learn about each component to understand the behavior of the employees and their work practices within the boundaries of the organization . I want to choose the profession of HRM because I have various skills related to this profession. Even in my graduation degree, I am learning about different HRM concepts like recruitment and selection, performance and appraisal, training and development of employees, and the management of teamwork. I have a proper ability and understanding of the facts while referring to the profession of the HRM that increases the certain places and refers the detailed areas of the success as doing the certain or the effective change. I decided to select Human Resource Management because it has a large scale of success and a wide network to get the payback in my career growth activities.

In the profession of Human Resource Management, from the job vacancies, I investigate that I want to become an Assistant HR Manager. I have a clear understanding of providing information to the team leader and assist the activities among others. I like to organize the roles and then implement these roles in real life. As applying for this job position, I can investigate the spirit of the achievements. I have a strong communication skill which is why I can collaborate with employees and takes particular feedback from them in terms of positive as well as negative forms that raise the business directions and understand the core values of the business., Adapting the career and taking the detailed flow, the business values must be planned that address the higher knowledge and add certain or valuable experience.
Consistent communication through long-term activities and proceeding with the operations of HRM, I can contribute the long-term success in this particular field. I have a spirit to provide the proper financial as well as non-financial incentives to the employees that can raise their level of satisfaction and motivation in the particular era of the business. So, I am fulfilling the requirements for the Assistant HR manager that increases the long-term activities and determines the current values regarding the change. Continuous communication with the employees helps to understand their behavior and transform certain abilities in the most applicable terms. Forging the strong ability, knowledge, and key social media trends, certain strategies must be valid at the cleared forms in the greater and more reliable positions.

After completing my degree, I want to select Human Resource Management as the profession in which I can participate and utilize my skills. I am fulfilling the requirements of the Assistant HR Manager that’s why I want to choose this field in the future.
